The New Generation Network is a body network seeking to enhance the general welfare and wellbeing of Ghanaians and of Ghanaian origin and Ghanaians in the diaspora. NGN is a Ghanaian-Diaspora led NGO whose purpose is to broaden the principle of equity and universal access to basic amenities in various communities across Ghana. NGN is a non-political, non-discriminatory and multidisciplinary organization whose objective is to foster development and unity of the nation (Ghana) to economically empower all residents of Ghanaian origin. NGN stands for the equal rights of all citizen both locally and diaspora in the atmosphere of freedom. Mission

Our mission is to secure, encourage and promote economic empowerment, education, industrialization and entrepreneurship among Ghanaian youths across the country, any individual or group of Ghanaian origin and the Diasporas for self-sustainability and for the
economic prosperity of the nation.

Vision

Our vision is to create a nation, where all its citizens become economically self-sustainable, and the promotion of peace and security leading to stability of the country and hence, socio-economical development of the nation.

Funding

The Organization shall get its sources of funding from:
a. Donations and grants from individuals, governmental agencies and corporate organizations
b. Consultancy fees
c. Interest on bank savings
d. The members of the organization shall have the duty to contribute towards the activities of the movement at the local, national and international at a cost which shall be determined by the Executive Council.
e. Chapters shall have the duty to organize fundraising activities and forward the funds realized to the organization. The Executive Council shall in consultation with the country representatives determine what percentage to be retained for the chapter’s operational activities.
f. Materials/products/Publication of the organization can be purchased as a way of financial contribution to the organization.
g. Other fund-raising activities that may be embarked upon by the organization from time to time.

Audit

The books of accounts shall be available for auditing at the end of every year or at the end of each project funded by external donors. The organization through the Executive Council shall hire independent auditors for this purpose.

Accountability

Annual reports shall be received from The President, The Vice President and The Executive Director of Finance at the last meeting of the Council/Board for the year. Plans, projects and budgets for the coming year shall be ratified by the Council at the end-of-year meeting. At all times, the program focus of the organization shall guide all decisions of the various organs of the organization.
